Administrative Assistant
Administrative Assistant position is responsible for answering the Commission telephone and operating a com-key switchboard. Maintains files of correspondence and other materials. Maintains meeting and monthly board in main lobby. Clipping and maintain daily newspapers. Receives visitors and directs them to proper departments and personnel. Operates computer, typewriter, and other office equipment. Keeps daily location log on all Commission employees. Is responsible for the orderliness of common areas such as conference room, receptionist area, library, and kitchen. Keeps calendar and schedules meetings in conference room. Makes arrangements for coffee or refreshments. Performs other work related to Commission’s overall program responsibilities as assigned.
Required Skills
Previous Secretarial and Receptionist Experience.
