Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Goal

The East Alabama Regional Planning and Development Commission (EARPDC) transit program, Areawide Community Transportation System (ACTS) has established a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) goal in accordance with DBE regulations and the Federal Transit Administration.  The proposed DBE goal is .0695%.  The goal applies to EARRPDC’s contracts with federal transit funding and through federal fiscal years 2026-2027-2028.

The ACTS of EARPDC welcomes your comments and suggestions that may revise our proposed DBE goal.  EARPDC will accept verbal and/or written comments on the proposed DBE goal through May 13, 2025.

The DBE Methodology and Goal will be open for discussion during the Transit Advisory Board meeting on Tuesday May 13, 2025 at 9:00 am.
